IUPUI curriculum details

  • Maximum of 60 Community College credits may be applied toward the IUPUI degree.
  • ITCC students are eligible for admission with junior standing to IUPUI provided:
    • The student has submitted a complete application for admission to IUPUI.
    • The student has earned a course grade of “C” or better on every course accepted for transfer.
    • The student has a 2.0 or higher grade point average on a 4-point scale.
  • The Construction Management major at IUPUI incorporates, within the curriculum, a required Business Minor from the Kelley School of Business. ITCC students will take five (5) business courses and CEMT 11000 Construction Accounting. In order to fulfill the requirements of the B.S. degree, students must complete the requirements of the Business Minor and have an average cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better in courses required for the minor.
  • Exceptional students may be eligible to enroll in the accelerated program with the University of Indianapolis (U-Indy). This program is a 4+1, which means that in five years a student can receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree and a Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S.) Real Estate Development. For ITCC students, this is actually a 2+1 (two years at IUPUI and one year at U-Indy). Contact the Construction Management Program Director for additional information.
